- Cookies: TSI does not currently employ cookies in connection with the Site.
- IP Addresses: TSI does not log IP Addresses.
- Credit Card Information: TSI does not currently collect credit card information through the Site.
- E-mail Addresses: When a visitor submits an inquiry or comment, TSI may log and retain the visitors e-mail address.
What does TSI do with the information it gathers and/or tracks?
Using the e-mail address provided when a visitor submits an inquiry or comment, TSI may contact the visitor regarding its inquiry or comment. TSI may also send e-mail to its visitors about services offered by TSI. If a visitor prefers not to receive promotional materials from TSI, he/she should refer to the “Opting Out” provision below.
Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, ensure the appropriate use of information and protect against loss, misuse or alteration of information under TSI’s control, TSI has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information it collects on-line.
A special note about children viewing the Site
The Site is not intended for children, and TSI asks that minors not submit any personal information. If a visitor is a minor, he/she may use the Site only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.
Optioning-out corrections and cancellations
Upon request, TSI will (a) remove a visitor and a visitor’s personal information from TSI database; (b) correct personal information that a visitor states is erroneous; or (c) permit the visitor to “opt out” of further e-mail contact. To request a correction or cancellation, or if a visitor has any questions concerning this privacy statement or TSI information gathering and dissemination practices, the visitor will be instructed to contact a TSI Manager. “Visitor” refers to each individual user of the Site and, if applicable to such use, the visitor’s employer or firm.
